  • Confirm Next lights up - If it doesn't, ensure your code is set to update the integration status to pending
  • Confirm Accounts have synced in for mapping
  • Map the accounts created - See below tips for account and service mapping with seeded data
  • Confirm Services have synced in for mapping
  • Map the services created
  • Finish the integration setup
  • Within the vendor portal, initiate a sync
  • Within Synthesize, refresh the Billing page, and confirm usage has synced in for the mapped accounts and services
  • Disconnect the integration and follow these steps again to ensure partners can disconnect and reconnect the integration as needed

Once imported usage has been received, you have successfully QA'd the integration.

At Gradient, we ensure that usage synced in will update each PSA appropriately. You do not need to approve these service card changes.

Tips for Account and Service mapping with seeded data

Before configuring the integration, please familiarize yourself with the overview of service cards KB Article. This is a view all partners will see within their billing dashboard and what you will see with your seeded data. Before any Vendor integrations have been connected or CSV Usage has been imported, each service card will display one number representing the quantity from the PSA.

Your seeded data will not align with the information you provide for accounts and services during the QA of the integration. As a result, it is recommended to map the services and accounts you see on your billing page allowing you to easily identify the imported usage you set after completing the integration setup and initiating a PSA Sync.
